The Middle East is a quagmire much like Vietnam was.

Dress it up all you like It's about money, oil and pipelines.  Why don't we air strike all the other evil countries in the world that kill people? You know the ones without oil?

Come on guys next it will be the big push on the ground offensive needed like the last three that failed in Iraq.

We voted against intervention in Syria in 2013.

Let's have a look at the world map where beheadings take place.  Why don't we intervene in .... Saudi Arabia?

Collateral damage.     Orwells 2 minutes of hate.   Do you really think they will just stop after killing a few bad isis/isil bad guys and a few collateral innocents? In a country with oil reserves and pipeline to be built.  Are people really still that naive given the war profiteering that's been going on for the last ten years?

It's about oil and pipelines and killing anyone who gets in the way.   The oil will flow!

Guess that makes me a traitor not wanting to kill innocent people with the bad guys.   Perpetual war is the price of new peace.

We'll that worked great in Vietnam... Wipe out the bad guys and you create more bad guys from the innocent  guy who watched his whole family disappear into flames.

 Bombs don't just kill bad people.

  Who exactly is going to run Syria when this is all finished... Some dodgy corrupt western puppet?  That's going to make the Syrian civilians so happy.

 How would you react if another country decided to bomb parts of America because it didn't like a section of your population that kills kids in schools?   Just trying to bomb the juvenile terrorists.    Then tried to install a puppet president.
